    Question for you guys

I was doing something similar to curls the day before yesterday and I pushed myself until I could physically do no more.

Now I cannot straighten my left arm without getting true agony in one of my forearm muscles.

Anyone know what I have done to my arms and what I can do about it?

Pulled a muscle, if it's stiff should take about 5-6 days to get back to normal.

    Or completely torn it.

Let it rest a couple days. If there's no or little improvement go see the doc.

                  First of all -

Wrong forum, this should be posted in training and nutrition

                  Second of all -

It just sounds like you are EXTREMELY sore. If you tore a ligament or anything of that nature, you would not be posting anything on here. Trust me. You would know there is something wrong.

I started lifting weights again recently (after not lifting for about a year) and I was sore beyond belief. I could barely brush my teeth or touch my face with the palm of my hands.

Just stretch your arms a lot, i know it hurts but just do it. Try hitting up a sauna or steam room.

Try some deep heat or similar product on it.
