I was watching the end of Wright-Soliman again, and I they showed a graphic of the top middleweights.
It was 5 fighters, with 2 on the elite level of the division, and three right under them.
The top two were Taylor and Wright (Hopkins had just moved up, and it was before the Taylor-Wright bout got made).
The bottom three were Sturm, Abraham and Pavlik.
No Edison Miranda to be found. Yet, a little over a year later, it was Miranda in the limelight, and no one seemed to know who Kelly Pavlik was.
That is kind of strange IMO, and shocking how quickly people forget.
