Harry Greb, Salvador sanchez and Carlos Monzon tops the list for me followed by Jake la motta, Bob Foster, also margreatio has got to be up there he is one of the best welterweights i have ever seen. Naseem hamed won the european, title at super bantamweight so he can not be included, also heavyweights cannot be included. Also worth a mention is Antonio Tarver. Also fighters such as greb and la motta both beat heavy fighters but they only ever won belts at middle. Foster and margagreatio both tried and failed
