Depends.
If you are at your natural weight and are not opverweight in any way, move up a division or two.
If you are unfit and overweight, work hard and see how much you weight you can lose before you feel you are at your ideal "fighting weight". Then decide if you are in the right division or not.
I would probably say you are in the wrong division, unless you are verging on obese. -
To be honest av got the apetite of a heavyweight, and av got the weight to lose, am 6 foot 1, am 13 and half stone, need to be a 11Depends.

Then it depends on your metabolism and your build.
If you're a naturally skinny guy with a decent metabolism there's no reason you shouldn't be able to make 11 stone in the next 4 months.
A minor point though. Don't fight if you are not below the weight at least a few days before and are unable to assess how comfortable you are at that weight. Losing that much weight can cause serious complications in the ring and you may get seriously hurt, nobody wants to see that.
But, overall, good luck with the comeback.Comment
