Mikkel Kessler-Dmitri Sartison Sanctioned By The WBA

Mikkel Kessler vs. Dmitri Sartison for the vacant WBA super middleweight title has now received full sanctioning from the WBA - even before the final result of Mundine vs. Soliman was known. Kessler-Sartison goes ahead June 21 in Brondby, Denmark. Exactly where the protest from Sauerland Event ends up remains to be seen but one can easily see WBA # 3 Danilo Haussler getting a spot as mandatory challenger for the winner of Kessler vs Sartison.

Good to see Kessler getting back in the ring. About damn time. 06/12, looking forward to it. Don't know anything about Sartison other than he's 22-0 (14) against, except for his last two fights, very questionable opposition.
