i dont deny Floyd has great talent but showcasing that talent against lesser fighters or fighters past thier best is much easier than doing it against Elite fighters

The_Punisher if u have ever Boxed u will know there are things u cant get away with against inxeperienced or lesser fighters that u cant get away with against better more experienced classier fighters ,against better oposition u cannot do a Roy Jones & put your hands behind your back ala Glen Kelly there is a reaosn they get away with things like that agaisnt these type of fighters

any Elite fighter can look superb against B class fighters see Oscar v Mayorga,Y B Campas where he looked a million dollars ,Floyd v Gatti

Ray has much better wins though. 5 over Lamotta, Graziano, Tiger Jones, Henry Armstrong, Turpin, Basilio, and the list just goes on. These guys were ELITE not B class, not fringe contenders.

one thing u cant do with SRR & SRL is say the only beat 1 Elite fighter and that they did not showcase their talent against the best in thier era

I get the same feelings as most of you about Floyd sometimes...i start thinking he is a joke and if he does take on "risky" opponents then hes gonna lose, i was in this mindset before the Hatton fight, n if i m honest i m drifting there at the moment..................

then i watch him fight, that guy has some skills!! after watching him fight and sit back n review it even if ur the biggest Floyd hater in the world u gotta admit his skills are 1st class...personally, after i see him fight i just cant see how anyone can beat him, not Cotto, not DLH and def not Hatton...i think he is without a doubt the best we have today (not sure about of all time) and unbeatable with the current crop of WW's, JWW's, LW's or whatever weight he decides he wants to fight in tomorrow....

The guy fights for money these days, which is a bit **** but if he wants the cash who can blame him, if u were offered $20million for one fight and $10million for another which would u honestly take?? we re being just as selfish as he is saying he should fight who we think he should, he wants his cash, n people like Cotto arent enough box office for him at the moment...

No matter what u think of his morals, his attitude, u have to be ****** not to admit his skills are enough to beat anyone in the game today...
