He's not a knockout puncher by anymeans...
however i think he has JUST ENOUGH snap on his punches to make other fighters respect him...
not cotto, nor did ndou or herman N "walk right through" malignaggi...
notice i said; NOT COTTO...a far better fighter overall than hatton...Comment

That last sentence is a matter of opinion at this point. We will officially know when he steps in with Mayweather. My heart wants Cotto to clobber him, but I have a feeling that it will take a speedier orthodox guy to finally beat Pretty Boy Floyd. In my opinion Cotto did steam roll right over Mallignaggi, just without the KO. I can almost gaurantee Hatton KO's Paulie. With no threat of KO power and a brittle right hand, Paulie has virtually no shot. Hatton will skip right to the inside with no right hand resistence. The left hook does not have enough pop to make Hatton fear getting hit and the body shots will rain down steadily. I gaurantee Paulie and Lovemore would have both gotten beaten down by Lazcano on that night. Hatton whomped on him with every hard shot in the book and he still stood up. He was a force on that night. I believe he would have given all of the best fighters at 140 problems and Ko'd most of them. He's not a knockout puncher by anymeans...

sorry paulie, hang them gloves up. he can't even throw it once and it breaks! career is over and he knows it.Comment

Paulie is not one to make up excuses if he has a poor fight, against Cotto he accepted defeat gracefully and against Ngoudjo he admitted he was poor in the fight. This is a legitmate injury, i know for certain, but he will be back ready for Hatton!Comment
