Cotto
Williams
Margarito
Judah
Mosley
Clottey
Quitana
Berto
Cintron
Collazo
(Yes Paul is ahead of Quitana....Williams ******ed trainers didnt have him spar any southpaws in preparation for Quitana.)
Be logical. Williams put up a good fight, but was beaten fair and square. If he was ill-prepared it only makes the loss even heavier. Having Clottey, Judah and WILLIAMS ahead of Quintana is totally, 100% insane. Don't let your fandom blind you man! I see your name is The Punisher, but accept the fact that Quintana punished him.
Funny how two people put Margarito 3 places above the guy that beat him.
Its hard to not do that though. Williams lost his most recent fight and has not been quite as active as Tony. Tony put in two great KO wins and won a title. Williams is coming off a loss, Margarito off a win. You have to put Margarito above Quintana, simply because of what Antonio has accomplished in the division. You have to put Quintana above Williams because of that fact that he beat him. So it cant really work out any other way. Unless of course you think that Quintana deserves to be above both, which isn't wrong, but I disagree with it. Just my thoughts.

Where is he on your list?
Margarito is only coming off a win from a guy he beat 3 years ago. That is not enough to redeem a loss. Margarito cannot be above Quintana, because he lost to the guy Quintana beat, and OBVIOUSLY Williams is below Quintana as well, even you agree with this.
Without Floyd, my top 10 looks like this:
Cotto (obviously)
Mosley (gave Cotto a tougher fight than Quintana and Judah combined)
Quintana (beat Williams, who beat Margarito)
Williams (beat Margarito)
Margarito (lost to Williams)
Clottey (gave Margarito a tougher fight Cintron)
Cintron (lost twice to Margarito)
Judah (lost to Floyd, Baldomir, and Cotto)
Collazo (lost to Hatton and Mosley)
Berto (still has much to prove)
