What would of happend if all the great middleweight champions of the 90's fought each other? To start of you have nigel benn the dark destroyer who won his first 22 fights by ko and went on to be wbo middleweight champion and wbc super middleweight champion. His best fight was mcclellan as he was expected to be ko'd but won a great fight. Chris Eubank who beat nigel benn for the wbo middleweight championship and also won the wbo super middleweight belt also. He had a great undefeated record and had many championship defences. Steve Collins the first man to beat chris eubank and take his wbo super middleweight championship. He also beat eubank again and beat nigel benn twice. Then you have James Toney a IBF middleweight/super middleweight and cruiserweight champion. who had a great record and had never been ko'd. Roy Jones jnr who has won all belts from middleweight-heavyweight champion. Undefeated in the 90's and was the first man to beat james toney and also beat the likes of hopkins. Then you have Joe Calzaghe the man who won his first title of chris eubank the wbo super middleweight championship. He is still undefeated and has beaten jeff lacy in his best performance and hopkins and is the undisputed super middleweight champion and the ring mag light heavyweight champion. So who would win in there prime against each other on there best day?????????? This is how i see it:

Benn vs Collins=Collins SD 12 close fight
Collins vs Eubank=Collins SD 12 close fight
Collins vs Toney=Collins SD 12 close fight
Collins vs Jones Jnr= Collins SD 12 close fight
Collins vs Calzaghe= Calzaghe SD 12 close fight
Calzaghe vs Jones Jnr= Calzaghe UD 12
Calzaghe vs toney= Calzaghe UD 12
Calzaghe vs Eubank=Calzaghe UD 12
Calzaghe vs benn=Calzaghe UD 12
Benn vs Toney=SD 12 toney
Benn vs Jones jnr= UD 12 jones jnr
Eubank vs toney= SD 12 toney
Eubank vs Jones jnr=UD 12 jones jnr
so how i rate them is:
1. Calzaghe
2. Collins
3. Jones jnr
4. toney
5. Benn
6. Eubank
All great fighter and i would of loved to see these matches. The reason why i wouldnt put jones higher was he ducked Benn on his day and ducked collins in his day. which is really saying he was scared to fight them. What do u think?

collins is all too often overlooked,not the greatest boxer but a chin of iron there is not one guy on there who could put him on his ass

look at the eubank fights where eubank threw hayemaker after hayemaker and steve walked right through em

Agreed, out of that list without a doubt it would be RJJ winning the competition.

Collins was down and hurt against Eubank.

And the original poster forgot about Nunn and Hopkins.
