              i like this thread and made this thread specifically because jump roping helps develop rhythm with footwork and padwork helps develop great defense and timing, two aspects three aspects of boxing that i focused on tremendously when i fought myself. floyd mayweather jr has arguably thr best jump rope routine i've seen since srl and srr, possibly even more creative than both of those legends. and his padwork is by far the best i've seen because of how sharp his defense and punching is in the ring. he moves so natural.

              add to this, i also made this thread because i figured i'd change it up for a while, instead of reading all of these threads about who's ducking who, which ref screwed who, and all the other complaining bull**** on here.
