So I'll be in the house for the big Cotto v Margo fight and I'm wondering if you guys have met LM. Is he easy to be found, will he talk to fans, what bars does he usually hit up. I'm a big LM fan and have always wanted to sit down and have a drink with him.

I met Larry at the Roy Jones-Julio Gonzalez weigh in and he was super cool. I asked him a question and he answered at length and didn't act like he was doing me a favor. I wished I could have talked about boxing with him for an hour.

One thing I wanted to add, despite what everyone thinks, I've heard that Larry barely drinks. People are always trying to send or buy him drinks and he supposedly refuses them. Also keep in mind that Merchant is 76 now and doesn't really circulate with most of the boxing crowd before and after the fights.

My brother meet him at the Vargas v. Mayorga fight at the Staples Center. And he told me he was really cool person and took a photo with him. And to my surprise Larry Merchant isn't that tall he's around 5'4 or 5'5 in height he's seems taller on tv. .
