Pavlik needs to fight someone big after Lockett. Or if he does fight another scrap have it be in Ohio.
Lockett and Rubio are Pavlik's mandatories, he will be stripped of his titles if he dosen't fight them.

these will do great numbers if the chavez jr vs camacho jr fight is on the card
marco antonio rubio has little chance but he defeated zertuche and zertuche stunned pavlik so i say hes got about 15 percent chance to win only by ko of course

Rubio is not the same after the Jantuah fight. He had Ouma down like 2-3 times and was still too defensive to win the fight which was there for the taking.

what a ****ty exuse for a PPV. This is stretching it even for an HBo After Dark card. Pavlik should walk through Rubio (good fighter, past his prime) and Camacho Jr proved to us he has no fighting heart so maybe this should be a regular versus card. I can't wait until Pavlik defends his title against the number one contender Arthur Abraham, that is the fight of the middleweight division.

age has nothing to do with a fighter's prime. Rubio since the Jantuah fight has faded some thought he should've walked away with a win against Ouoma but seemed to not know how to fiinish it off. he has had soft touched up until Zertuche, but then again Pavlik shot Zertuche so we'll see what happens.

Pavlik vs. Andrade. That would be much better.

Giovanni Lorenzo is his mandatory at WBC and Lockett at WBO.. Pavlik was the number 1 contender and earn his spot at the WBC to fight Taylor.. He will not be stripped........ Pavlik should fight the winner of Abraham-Miranda since both fights are in the month of June.. Arum is just trying to build Pavlik more since Kelly is only 26 yrs. old..
Arum knows how to make and create stars..

They're smart having this fight in Mex, only way it would sell. Time to throw this kid to the lions and see what happens.
