It will probably be a black guy. Not a Russian.
Who is the biggest threat to Hatton at 140??

Despite the performance from today (taking into consideration the hand injury) im going to say paulie malignaggi still.
He was able to retain his title fighting basically one handed for the last half of the fight.
He's the superior boxer; showed that he was able to hold his own on the inside with ndou (like how hatton LOVES to fight)...he didnt look spectacular doing it but well enough.
Hatton didnt look great either and he had no injury.
I think its just been hard to eat nothing but fish and chips and drink guiness all his time off and bust himself to make 140 every time.
Hatton made that fight with Lazcano a lot harder than it needed to be and came real close to getting knocked down or potentially out.
His conditioning doesnt seem like its there anymore and he's not as sharp as usual...lazcano was able to get to him much easier than it should have been.
He had hatton hurt; etc.
Hatton is still a very good fighter but i dont know if he's the smae fighter we saw against Jose Luis Castillo who can just walk in and simply outmuscle his opponents and batter his way to victory...
i expected hatton to put lazcano away by the 8th and win all but maybe 2rounds on the scorecards...and it definately wasnt that kind of fight.
so neither man looked exceptionally great and i think its going to be a REAL close fight between hatton and paulie.Comment
