see this is just a perfect example of a guy who has no IDEA who Lazcano is.
i said Malignaggi was tough, but Lazcano is HELLA tough. The guy walks though anything and everything. If Cotto fought him at 135 a bunch of years ago, im not so sure he would have even won the fight, let alone knocked him out.
Lazcano was a very very good fighter when he wasnt washed up like he was tonight, and he could punch, and he could take a LOT of damage.

I know Lazcano quite well actually,u think he would beat a young Cotto? The same young Lazcano who lost against Golden Jonson,or got a SD against Jesse James Leija,Cotto has been a beast his whole career,Lazcano IS NO WORLD BEATER,hes a good fighter,but i dont see any Lazcano beating Cotto,u are seriously making Lazcano sound better then he really is

He has the boxing ability to outbox anybody in the world, but when he gets in there with guys like Ndou, or Ngoudjo, or Hatton, guys who will FORCE him to fight on the inside, he is hopeless.

Hatton would beat him into the round, 8 rounds or less. Malig is tough and has a good chin, but he isnt nearly as tough as Lazcano, and he will get hit a lot more.
