Seriously... is anyone excited about the prospect of this fight? Both fighters did not look good at all today. They both won, against limited competition, but damn... each are probably happy with how many flaws they saw in the other.
I don't even think this would be a good main event fight on HBO at the moment.
I don't know if HBO will pay for Hatton/Malignaggi, but I hope Malignaggi beats Hatton so we don't have to see Hatton/Floyd II.
Dude, the fight will sell 70K in the stands...it's a main event and everyone reading this WOULD watch. What else is there at 40? Kotelnik and Bradley are good but mostly unknown.
