I had Hatton winning 9-3 but Lazcano hurt him and had some help by the ref. Thats what happens most of the times fighting overseas. -
There was no help from the referee because he didn't need any help. As for talking about the UK as if it has a problem with referees and judges, you ought to take a look at some of the socring that has went on in the States this year.Comment

Yeah he was hurt, and with the same type of left hook in the same round as when he was knocked out. He was telegraphing those left hooks. Floyd would knock him out again if they fought. I was not impressed. Cotto is the man for Mayweather.Comment

I too gave Lazcano 3 rounds. The knockdown could have been counted as a knockdown cause Lacanos punch landed so it was more like a slip/punch but by the rules that could be counted as a knockdown by the ref.
And i do think the ref helped Hatton a litte the last time Hatton was buckled.
It was a fair fight i enjoyed the fight Lazcano never stoped trying to win and he had his momoments.
I don't know what all the talk is about that Hatton is through on these boards. If you think he's through then that credit goes to Lazcano for making it a tough fight for Hatton. Hatton fought Lazcanos fight like i thought he would and i knew it was gong to be a tough fight. But Hatton looked good out there he still has a lot of fight in him left. The only ones to down play Hatton is the floyd mayweather nutthuggers.Comment
