Why does Paulie ALWAYS make excuses?

After every fight he always says that he had something wrong or didnt feel like himself, now the hair!!! Come on. He ALWAYS says he'll be better next fight, but he always sucks ass. Im convinced, one hand or 2, Best or worse, HE ****IN SUCKS. Like Larry Merchant said
