Any knews on Diaconu vs. Dawson?

Dawson is afraid of my Romanian Sensation Diaconu, Him and Bute are putting us back on the map!!

Sorry i havn't heard anything but i think Dawson wants Tarver and in the mean time Diaconu Vs Johnson winner fights the winner type a thing

Even more interesting. Hopefully, the Light Heavyweight division rises back to what it used to be.

Diaconu is still the mandatory for Dawson, so this could go to two different scenarios. If Dawson get the fight he wants for Tarver's title, he vacates the title he has and Diaconu gets to fight for it (like the Margarito/Clottey situation). If Dawson can't get Tarver, then he'll fight Diaconu and get rid of this obligation.

I heard Diaconu vs. Dawson is going to purse bid on June 3.

Dawson will probably duck Diaconu and fight old Tarver instead.

If they do fight, Diaconu will knock Dawson out.

How do you figure Dawson has a suspect chin. The man was taking bombs from Johnson and did well against them. Most men with good chins woulda been down quickly.

yeah he's only been down twice in his career and one was against Adamek right? I don't think he has a suspect chin though Showtime has made it seem like that to hype the fights. I think he can get hurt witha clean shot to his jaw.

Their is a pure bid between Dawson and Diaconu on June 3. Recent rumours is that Dawson was going to vacant is WBC belt to fight Tarver, but apparently Dawson didn't like the offer Showtime was giving him and is now willing to fight Diaconu. Of course this is just a rumour, we'll see on June 3 if Dawson is man enough to fight Diaconu.
