I'm glad this is happening because with Mayweather holding the WBC belt the division hasn't and would NEVER unify.
Now that he is vacating before being stripped this allows someone who deserves it to unify.
Cotto and Margarito are fighting for the IBF and WBA.. Whoever wins could fight Quintana for the WBO and that only leaves one belt left to unify.
Whoever has the WBC.. which I'm sure will be Andre Berto will get their shot at whoever holds all the belts.. ( I think it will be Miguel Cotto)
And once they fight.. the division is has one champion!Comment

If he would have fought Cotto, he would have lost it because Cotto would've beat his ass.If he would of fought cotto he still would of lost his belt because he still would of have not fought his mandatory Berto ...
Anyway it goes he would of lost his belt...
And if he would of fought Berto everybody would of said he was Picking on unproven fighters instead fighting real fighters like Hatton....

Floyd is fighting the best but since Floyd is beating them, these fighters are not what you hope they were, and that hope was that they were good enough to beat floyd..... And since they didnt beat Floyd they are a piece of ****....

Floyd has done all the fighting in his career, and now he's at a place where he can call the shots. Cotto fans amd floyd haters think Floyd was just put in the top spot by beating nobodies for some reason and it's hilarious. Floyd had to fight to get there and people forget that.

since both of those guys doesnt deserve the wbc belt

Floyd is a joke. and for things like this is why is not going to be a top 20 all time great. He is bad for the sport and after this, if somebody have him at number one p4p, it should be a floyd nuthugger not a real boxing fan. shame on Floyd and the people around him!Comment

I dont really care if he gets stripped or not, but Berto team never really tried to make this fight happean, i do not know that they should be rewarded with a belt for holding out and not trying to fight Floyd even though they had no chance to make it happean. Also how are you a joke and #3 PFP if your anywhere approaching the top 20 you are not a jokeComment
