Nah, **** that... if he isn't going to defend against a mandatory, then it has to be vacated. That is the rules of all the other ABC belts. Anyway, he still has his Ring belt which does keep him at the top of the class in the division to some, and it does keep enough interest on him that there will be talk of Mayweather-Cotto until it happens.
