Could Miguel Cotto, given his short stocky frame be as effective as he is at WW if he had to move up a division to 154?

Also how much more if any, divisions do u feel Floyd Mayweather could win a World title in?

I was thinking about Cotto vs Forrest actually. If Cotto doesn't get Floyd by the end of this year or mid next year, why not move up and fight Forrest?

it's too early now but i could see him making good things. i would love to see cotto-forrest, i would also love to see cotto-kirkland. especially if it will be a year or too before cotto moves up, hopefully by then kirkland would hold at least a piece of one of the titles.
