I agree. 154 sounds good, maybe he can take Forrest's belt. I remember Forrest saying how he wants to end Mayorga's life. That was a bit extreme (even though Mayorga did say some really ****ed up things leading up to both of their fights)

I don't think Mayorga can make 147 but I do think he'll fight Mosley, probably at a catchweight between 154-160.
