Sorry if this has already been posted, but I got this knockoutnetwork:
"Cotto-Margarito Set For PPV In July.
The long awaited welterweight showdown between WBA welterweight titlist Miguel Cotto and IBF king Antonio Margarito has been signed and will take place on July 26 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas (I know, this is old news but I have some free time today and am cleaning out my inbox).
Cotto is 32-0 (26) and has made four defenses of the title he won by stopping Carlos Quintana at the end of ‘06. He has also made himself into a pay-per-view star with his wins over Zab Judah and Shane Mosley.
Margarito got back into the big time of boxing with his sixth round stoppage of Kermit Cintron last month. With the win, he took home the IBF title and the shot at Cotto. He is 36-5 (26) and is a former WBO titlist as well.
No word yet on the undercard but undefeated super lightweight Mike Alvarado is said to be looking for an opponent for the card."
