actually, they can but dont speak it fluently enough. they had a countdown for Pacquiao/Marquez II. Pac was speaking english the whole countdown and his english is about as good as Cotto's.

im agreeing with you. the excuse from some people here that its because they cant speak English is pretty ****** looking back at some of the countdowns.
