    Pascal has pulled out of ESPN fight with Zuniga

    This was to be televised on ESPN Friday Night Fights on June 6.

    It's supposed to be because of a shoulder injury, but is Pascal just afraid of being brutally KOed by the hard-punching Columbian?

    I wonder who will replace Pascal as Zuniga's opponent...

      First Miranda now Zuniga. I guess Colombians just aren't in Pascal's diet.

              From what I heard, the replacement is going to be Sebastian Demers. He was brutally KO'd by Abraham last year. He had better be careful, because Zuniga can punch also.

                  Too bad Soliman is fighting Mundine again. This would would have been a good fight (Soliman vs Zuniga)

                      Pascal is very good and i do believe that he has a inury, otherwise he wouldn't pull out of the fight


                      and it was Miranda who didn't want to fight Pascal because he said it would be a waste of time

                          Zuniga is one of boxing's most underrated fighters. Miranda gets a lot of attention but Zuniga is probably the harder hitter.

                          When Pavlik was asked who is the hardest puncher he ever fought, and the interviewer suggested Miranda, Kelly replied no, it was Zuniga.

                              Weird... I think Jean Pascal is terrible. That Omar Pittman fight was, just... horrendous to watch, considering one guy is a scrub and the other is supposed to be a "prospect".

                                  i agree, pascal is a nobody and zuniga would have stopped him without a whole lot of trouble.
