Calzaghe can sustain his fast punching combinations for a longer amount of time while Roy Jones can still punch fast and put more power behind those shots.

doode, calzaghe is above average speed

roy has freakish speed..
and hes still much faster than calzaghe..

Roy Jones.......he actually puts everything into his punches.

Joe can throw faster but only with arm punches, not when he actually puts his whole body into a punch.
