Right erm.. When you have your arms up by the side of your head.. Do you have your palms facing outwards (Obviously your hand is clenched).. or do u have it facing inwards.. aving outwards is better for parrying the jab and I can see more, but turned in i have a stronger guard.. Little help.

These threads need to be posted in Trainin and Nutrition. I wasnt gunna say but you have posted a few here, you will get more (and probably better) responces from Training forum.
Personally i have the palm of my hand facing my face to block hook, i turn my hand so it faces outwards to block stright punches. With my hane facing sideways it means i can turn my fist as i punch as well, to get more power. -
