Gavin Rees is horrible though, I would pick any top 10 fighter to beat him...Witter, Hatton, Torres, Malignaggi, Bradley, Urango, Holt, Ngoudjo would all beat Rees as impressively if not more/earlier.

Timothy Bradley has potential to be the guy.

He came to Britain stuck to gameplan and won a title in his opponents backyard! good effort.

It shows that he won't wilt in any circumstances. He's not extraordinary though but that kind of mental toughness can get him far in what is a pretty weak division.

remember hatton almost dumped floyd on his arse in round 1. and it was kinda close up to round 6.(plus he did not get to fight inside)

hatton is the best light welterweight in the world and a completly diffrent boxer at 140.

he would stand a much better chance at junior welter
In all honesty, this could be the dumbest line of reasoning I've ever heard.

Souleman M'Baye, Victor Ortiz, Ricky Hatton, Junior Witter, Lamont Peterson, Vivian Harris, Kendall Holt, Ajose Olusegun, Herman Ngoudjo, Juan Urango, Andreas Kotelnik, Timothy Bradley, Ricardo Torres, Demetrius Hopkins, Paul Malignaggi...

Amir Khan will move up pretty soon too. Its an underrated division IMO with a lot of talent.

No one will fight that ****er. lol.

Alot of those names lack star power which we all know is important. Ricky is the only guy who has it at 140 and Paulie is funny as ****.

Peterson and Ortiz are a few years a way from the mix I'd think. I've yet to see Peterson but Ortiz looks awesome.
