I keep thinking back to Gatti-Ward. Casual fans watched 2 and 3. Some of my friends who don't follow boxing said stuff like I wanna watch that one. Those are the two guys that beat the **** out of each other, right?.

Just a little strange about Vasquez-Marquez 3. That should have been the event of the year. I blame the press for this. The general sportswriters and tastemakers are too lazy to follow the sport so they are reduced to hyping and cashing in on DLH in his fading glory and just picking up on Mayweather way after he was already great.

All the major networks could promote the **** out of this but I think it's the Time-Warner thing where they don't want to advertise for others so it's reduced to mini-specials on HBO at odd and non-prime time hours.

Cotto vs. Margarito: A Great Fight But Will It Be A Great Fight?

Are you kidding me. Of course its going to be a great event. I just called MGM and they have only about 600 seats left in the venue. It will be sold out by friday afternoon. This is two powerfull punches in there prime not alone bringing the race card into it with Mexico vs The P.R. Who wins is sure to get the mega payday form the De La Hoya or Mayweather winner. I purchased tickets and I can't wait for this GREAT EVENT.
