When was Cotto/Marg announced to be PPV?

I keep seeing people reference the fact that it will be, and maybe I just missed something, but I don't think it is. It wouldn't do a very good buy rate. Cotto has a following, albeit a small one, but no one knows who Margarito is. PPVs require at least one star.

This fight is a 100% sure thing to be on PPV. It should do very respectable numbers too.
