Myth 1 - Mayweather is afraid of Margarito/Cotto
The man cares about money more than boxing at this point in his career, and I don't blame him. He sees dollars signs in ODLH and Hatton, Dancing With the Stars, and the WWE. I would love to see Mayweather fight both guys, but if he does not, it has everything to do with money and nothing to do with fear.
Besides, he would pick apart both, especially Margarito.
Myth 2 - Roy Jones Jr. is still an elite fighter
Roy for all intensive purposes is done. He can beat up on fighters like Tito still, but to say that he beats Calzaghe or other elite fightes is a joke. I truly hate Calzaghe, but even I know that he would handle Roy over 12 rounds.
Myth 3 - The stoppage in the Taylor/Chavez fight was fair.
Bull**** stoppage. Taylor earned the right to finish those last 5 seconds and see what happened on the scorecards. It's bad enough that the fight ruined him as a fighter, but to have it end like that was down right tragic.
