Holyfield was an undersized overachiever who used whatever resources he had to beat bigger men. It's funny because people talk about Chris Byrd in the last half of the 90s doing the same thing, but Holyfield did it with power.

Holyfield beat guys he wasn't supposed to beat, notably Tyson and the second fight with Bowe. He came back when nobody felt he could and used his boxing/cunning to beat guys when he didn't have it anymore.

True warrior. Sucks he's hung around so long and lost to guys who had no business beatin him. At his best he was one of boxing's toughest champions.
