The cuts just appeared on his face...I'm still trying to find out how did the cuts get on his face...We all know Lennox didnt punch him to make him bleed

those cuts there were caused by Lewis's using his gloves
in an illegal way .. rewatch the fight ... a younger Lewis
vs Vitali would have been a great fight.
Vitali did good consdering he was a late subsitute (2 weeks notice).
the big punch for lewis in that fight was the uppercut ...
those cuts though were caused by him using the laces on his
glove rubbed against his face ...
