He's not a very good boxer and can get outboxed as long as his opponent doesn't get ****y and get caught because Arce is a big puncher, I'll give him that.

I hate to say it, but Arce appears to be a shot fighter. The Mijares fight seems to have ruined him. Too bad. He was one of my favorite fighters to watch.

If Arce is matched properly, he is still a big draw and can put on exciting fights. He just doesn't need to be in there with any boxer/punchers who will make him look like garbage. That means no Nonito Donaire, no Mijares rematch. Darchinyan or Munoz would be good fights for him.

Years of crashing down to make 108/112 have taken their tolls on his body.

And no Thai "bums" (for lack of a better word.) to make him look like garbage either!

Arce is finished. He has no business being in the ring with Darchinyan or Munoz.

It was clearly a hometown decision. The Thai cleary beats Arce by at least 3 points.

Don't make yourself look TOO bad. The Thai judge had it for Arce. There were no complaints from the Thai side either. It was a close fight that Arce just barely edged.

Maybe I slightly over did it. My point was that if an unknown Thai who's fought nobody of note came a round/KD away from winning the fight on Arce's own home turf, he probably wouldn't be very competitive with fighters like Munoz or Darchinyan.

Rojas has a horrible resume and was schooling Arce.

Does seem like a faded Arce but his heart is still there and I still give him a shot against another brawler type fighter like Darchinyan. Not sure if he can compete against the Mijares's, Munoz's or Nonitos' anymore though.
