I don't believe Mayweather's hand speed will make a huge difference. The real difference against Cotto would be Mayweather's footwork, elusiveness, and precision timing. Even against the speed of Judah & Mosley, Cotto was able to land his punches correctly and showed damn good improvement in hand speed, his ability to catch his opponents punch, and if course the improvement in his jab. Yes he has made mistakes & been hurt in fights- but he is 27, undefeated, highly talented ,and yes still improving.

People have some nerve saying he doesn't belong in the ring with Margarito.

This is what ya don't get. When infact Cotto WAS HURT! He made Judah miss alot! Ya underate Cotto's ability to make fighters miss as well. Judah aint connect because Cotto didn't allow him too.

He did it several times in the fight. He would get hurt, but would make him miss and recover.

Dude I'm high as balls right now and something about your signature just gave me the illest laughing fit to myself. Tyson looks menacing as hell even when trying to sell something. I picture him killing someone with that can for some reason. Just absolutely embedding it in someones skull and then opening the can and picking up the person to drink his can of soda which is now permanently implanted in another mans head.

Like I said. I haven't seen the stuff you say about Mayweather. I'll assume you critizise him personally and attack his choices and actions outside the ring. If so that's hating. Not that I care of course.

The difference is Cotto is a blatantly flawed fighter, and Mayweather is as complete of a fighter as there is in the sport today. That's the difference.

If you think Devious is hating I'd say there's a much better chance, and much greater likelihood that is what's going on. But I don't monitor other members like that. I'm too focused on my own work and talking Boxing.

The one thing that sticks out in my mind is when you said that Cotto has literally no chance against Margarito... that coupled with the fact that you have picked against him in pretty much every fight just kind of sets off some alarms.

Even flawed fighters win fights and deserve to be favored to win sometimes.
