However, if you look at Holyfield's resume, he has to be the headbutt king. Look at his fights that had butts:
      Mike Tyson x2
      John Ruiz x3
      The infamous Hasim Rahman butt
      Sultan Ibragimov

The Ruiz fights, John deserved it for holding like a *****. Rahman actually bounced off the ropes and his head collided with Holyfields, and the Tyson fight well listen to the interview with Jim Grey after the fight, Tyson said he butted me but I may have butted him also.
Ibragimov? WTF are you talking about I didnt see anything there but then again you have a left vs a righty, look in boxing head butts happen but no way should they ever happen the way they did to Joppy I have never seen any fighter other than Hopkins get away with that kind of work he made Joppy look like a chipmunk.

The headbutt in the Ibragimov fight happened too late to make an effect. I'm just pointing out that a clash of heads did occur but it wasn't that bad. And yes, I do agree that Ruiz deserves the headbutts because he keeps clinching but if we look at the total number of occurences, it has to be Holyfield.

However, if you are talking about the effect of a headbutt, then perhaps B-Hop is the king because he literally leaves a lasting impact on his opponent's face.

This poll wasn't meant to degrade any of these two. This was just to see who used the headbutt more.

Hopkins seems more intentional with his headbutts.
