By Cliff Rold - It fell short of classic fight status, but there is no denying that now WBC and WBA Jr. Bantamweight titlist Cristian Mijares (35-3-2, 14 KO) of Mexico turned in a classic display on Saturday night against Venezuela’s Alexander Munoz (32-3, 27 KO). There are a handful of fighters in boxing who can make their man miss the way Mijares did and probably less than that. The only two that come to mind are Welterweight champ Floyd Mayweather and Jr. Flyweight champ Ivan Calderon, putting the 26-year old in special company. [details]
