It will be difficult to find, I did a thorough search for it recently and came up empty.

eBay is where I would look. They have a lot of tapes for sale there, many of them dirt cheap.

Pernell Whitaker had a crazy jab.
It wasn't powerful but difficult to stop.

However good Winky's jab was, he's a little older now.
Currently, I think it's Cristian Mijares with the top southpaw jab.
