Gamboa's low hands clearly led to the knockdown in this case. I guess he can take the shots with headgear and 12 oz gloves, not in the pros though. If he doesn't make some adjustments he's going to get KO'd when he steps up. Other than that he looks pretty dominant.

The guy is incredibly talented and exciting to watch but breaking the first rule of boxing (defend yourself at all times) is never a good idea. -
People are dazzled at the spectacle of Gamboa throwing punches with his hands down. All of this showmanship is having a blinding effect on his glaring deficiencies. It's like a tight hook on a wack Lil Jon song.Comment

Gamboa has **** defense, he keeps his hands to low and fights like an idiot, he is gonna get exposed and KO'd when he steps up and faces someone who can punch.Comment

hes a cowboy, keeps his hands low because his foot speed can make up for his lack of defense. Besides the hands low thing hes great.Comment
