like he said...this sums up the state of the HW division..that Peter is fighting this tuneup before being forced to defend vs Vitali who hasn't deserved a title shot in years

Vitali is getting the title shot because he retired as the Linear WBC heavyweight champion, he was the #1 heavyweight in the world when he retired....If Vitali is healthy and makes it back to the ring he will beat Peter.
