Well this is an obvious bait thread, but

Cotto: Wasn't a champion in 2006 at Welterweight
Forrest: Wasn't a champion until July (when he beat Baldomir...)
Tszyu: Both wanted to fight each other, but due to injuries and Floyd wanting to become a PPV star first it didn't work out.

i think guzman is the most similar fighter in professional boxing to floyd,i think he is a future p4p but he can't beat floyd not in SFW and not in other divisions, floyd is better than him in all aspects, all what guzman does floyd does better.

Joan Guzman would have been a great fight with Mayweather at 130 or 135. Would he beat him? Probably not, but he would be more competitive than 90+% of Floyd's other opponents.

Mayweather P4P best in the world. Most talent boxer alive today. Gayweather how original.
Hummm how have you concluded Mayweathers the best P4P? because a magazine says so. Who's he faught an old DLH? Cotto? Williams? Mosley even? nope. Mayweather only fights fighters he knows he can beat, he won't go down as one of the greats....and everyone in boxing is bored of him.
