    Is it safe to say Gamboa has a chin?

    He ate atleast 3 monster left hooks unphased in round 1.

    That last hook Darling threw was as good as you can throw it and Gamboa got hit flush, so I say his chin is pretty solid but it hasn't been tested fully yet.

      I'd question Jiminez's power but yes I think it's safe to say Gamboa has a good chin.

          to me that KD was more of an off balance thing - his body was already twisted to the side when he was hit

            i agree...I have been very pleasantly surprised by Gamboas chin, he has taken a number of flush shots and not even been phased by them

              To me if anything, the change in Gamboa's fighting style was more a realization that he needed to conserve his energy rather than him being in any way hurt or stunned by the knockdown.
