They are naturally bigger guys and harder punchers than Mayweather. They are more accomplished in the division and were both in their prime as well. Benitez and Hearns are superior to Mayweather in a few areas as well. No one knows how Mayweather would react to fighting in a 15 round fight, especially sinceHatton even tired him out a bit and Oscar wore him out a bit as well. These are 12 round fights. Hell, Hearns would have great stamins if he fought today.
Was I the only one who saw Mayweather get stronger, more active, and more accurate during the last rounds of these fights?
At least no one is deluded enough to believe Mayweather would KO Leonard.
Good!
I think Leonard would win and maybe even stop Floyd. He's just too big IMO and was just as fast as Floyd is. I can't think of anything that Floyd could do to beat Sugar Ray prime for prime!
Floyd has never been in any wars, has never sat down an fought anybody he has been in the ring with, he hand picks all of his oppenents and he has never fought another fighter as talented as hisself ......... and when I say that I don't mean boxing skills wise I mean athletically the only one was Zab an he was winning the first 6 rounds of that fight until he ran out of gas. How can anyone begin to compare this guy to any of the all time greats the 3 or 4 fighters out there that make sense for him to fight he won't do it. Now as far as his boxing ability an d style he has probably the worst work rate for a lightweight fighter up to the welterweight class in the history of boxing he continuously hand picks fighters he can stand back an pot shot because he is faster than them I can't see him beating any of the all time greats he doesn't have great foot movment an he is easily trapped against the rope and avoids exchanges at all cost if he were to fight any of the all time greats he wold have to things that he hasn't shown througt out his career much like Roy Jones did early in his career.
