i dont think so. but definitely, pacquiao belongs to the elite of todays fighters.

just cos he don't own a belt don't make him any less of a fighter,the belts mean nothing these days. he deserves his place, if he still has it after morales is another question!

Pacquiao, in general, is not overrated.

We were saying the same thing about him before the Barrerra fight. If he mopped the floor with MAB, a boxer who is better than Morales, it only stands to reason, that he will do the same, or worse to Morales. Or am I missing something?
