Actually Pacquiao is the same height as Hatton, only with a longer reach. Not exactly the same disadvantage the significantly shorter and thinner boned Hamed would have.

I don't think Hatton has an answer for speed. If he was allowed to hold and hit, he could fluster Naz out of his game, but Hamed would win on speed alone as would Judah. The problem is Naz and Judah get flustered so easily that nothing would be certain. On paper, Hatton gets beat.
