may i remind you he's fighting lovemore ndou...who he completely outclassed (even scored a quick knockdown against him) in their first fight?

I only gave about 2 rounds (if i remember correctly) to lovemore ndou in that fight...

this "rematch" (more of a tune-up if you ask me...same goes for hatton's fight...its a tune-up lazcano shouldnt prove to be any issue at all) is nearly a joke of a fight.

only reason there is a rematch is because there was a rematch clause in their first fight where lovemore ndou "defended his IBF title" against paulie and it was in the contract...

note: lovemore ndou was given that title because it was vacated.

so paulie and hatton should have NO PROBLEMS winning their fights next weekend.

so its basically hatton v. paulie after this.

I just want to know why he's fighting N'dou again. What the hell is the point? Was the first fight not decisive enough?

I don't care about clauses; why the hell was their even a rematch clause for such a low-caliber fight anyway?

I agree with you, he should win, but when has he ever fought outside of the usa or fought in front of 55000 people that will basically want him to get stuffed?

there was a rematch clause (i believe) because it was for the IBF jr. welterweight title and im sure ndou wanted the oppertunity to win it back should he lose the title.

I dont believe there should be a rematch at all...

Paulie completely dominated him...no need to fight again...

but none-the-less i will be watching next weekend.

He's been in a situation like that before....the Cotto fight was a very hostile crowd. And its Lovemore Ndou anyway.

well if the brits are intelligent (like i believe they are) they will actually root for paulie because should paulie lose hatton doesnt get a chance to get his title back and it will set up paule v. ndou III...besides i think the brits want hatton to fight paulie to be honest (because paulie trashtalks and im sure they want hatton to further his legacy and for hatton the names dont really get much better than paulie to be honest)

do you REALLY want to see paulie v. ndou III?

do you REALLY think the british fans would rather paulie lose and have to watch hatton wait for paulie to fight ndou again?

              i dont believe so...

thats like saying you want to see mayweather v. gatti three times...

there would simply just not be any point.

and i have faith paulie wont allow 55K people get to him...i mean he took a cotto beating like a man and came back strong...so i dont think this excess of fans will alter him that much.

Yes, I can guarantee you the Brittish fans would rather see Hatton win. I don't care how you spin it.

new york city in front of 15000 people is absolutely nothing like 55000 pissed up mancs.
I hope he does win because new york will love all the Hatton fans, will be a buzz and i can't wait

Also, I don't know that the Cotto fight is such a good reference here seeing how Paulie got beat the **** up.

                      you misread...

i meant im sure they'd rather see hatton v. paulie (and hatton continue his legacy; especially outside of the UK) than paulie lose and see hatton fight another "prospect" or something of the sort.

im more than sure the brits want to see hatton beat paulie.

im talking about them being supportive of PAULIE beating NDOU to set up that hatton fight.

they want to see hatton beat on paulie im sure...so they want paulie to beat ndou so they can have the chance to possibly see that happen.
