Too many outcomes to pick who beats who. So, I'll do a random tourney for my answer. I'll have both Diaz' involved.

    FIRST ROUND:
    Valero/Pacquaio = Pacquaio.

    Katsidis/J. Diaz = Diaz.

Campbell/Casamayor = At this stage, Campbell, barely.

    Guzman/D. Diaz = Guzman.

    SECOND ROUND:
    J. Diaz/Pacquiao = Pacquiao, struggles but wins.

    Campbell/Guzman = Guzman.

    FINALS:

    Guzman/Pacquiao.. Too close to call.

Now these fighters.. I'll add Judah and Cintron.

    FIRST ROUND:
De La Hoya/Cotto = Cervy close, but Cotto. He's younger.

Mosley/Margarito = Fresher Tony, wears him down enough.

    Mayweather/Berto = Mayweather batters him.

Cintron/Judah = Cintron, by death in the 6th.

    SECOND ROUND:
Cotto/Margarito = Cotto, in a VERY close one. Either winner would NOT surprise me.

    Mayweather/Cintron = Mayweather, in a safety-first effort.

    FINALS:
Mayweather/Cotto.. Not even trying to call it.

I'd say Pacquiao and Mayweather although I think Guzman can come out on top for the first group as well.

            Lightweights

            FIRST ROUND:
Valero vs Pacquaio - Pacquaio by KO

Katsidis vs Juan Diaz - Katsidas in a war

Campbell vs Casamayor - Casamayor will box his ears off

Guzman vs David Diaz - Guzman would out box him for 12 rounds

            SECOND ROUND:
Katsidas vs Pacquiao - Pacquiao by very early KO

Casamayor vs Guzman - Guzman by KO, too young, too fast

            FINALS:
Guzman vs Pacquiao - Guzman by SD

            Welterweights

            FIRST ROUND:
De La Hoya vs Cotto - Im not sure on this one, style wise I think De La Hoya would cause Cotto alsorts of problems, but Cotto is so good to the body, I'll pick Cotto and just.

Mosley vs Margarito - Mosley would win after 12, too fast and smart.

Mayweather vs Berto - Mayweather KO in mid rounds.

Cintron vs Judah - Cintron by KO

            SECOND ROUND:
Cotto vs Mosley - Cotto again....

Mayweather vs Cintron - Mayweather KO after 10

            FINALS:
Mayweather vs Cotto - Cotto by SD

Pac KO's Valero in a short but thrilling fight! Valero is too inexperienced and wide open

Katsidis Stops Diaz late in a FOTY candidate. Hits a bit too hard and can keep it up!

Campbell edges Cassamayor in a close one over the distance. Two grizzled veterens put on a good show of heart and skills

Guzman beats them all tho IMO

The other list goes like this IMO

Floyd Mayweather Humiliates Margarito on route to a wide UD! Similar to the performance he put on against Corrales

Mosley comes out on top against the younger version of himself in Berto due to his superior chin and experience

Cotto edges Oscar on points after being rocked on a couple of occasions.

Mayweather beats Shane convincingly in a well fought battle. Shane is open for Floyds reaper like right all night

Cotto stops Floyd late in a classic to finish on top!
