IMO Byrd should win this easy. Only ? is how effective he'll be especially in the later rounds at this weight. The fact that this fight's only a 10-rounder should suit him fine.
The difference in level of opposition of these 2 is like an ocean. Byrd has fought some excellent HW's, while George hasn't fought anyone noteworthy. But it's a huge chance for George. Beating Byrd should elevate him in the rankings as well as in the public eye. So George oughtta come to fight in the shape of his life.
Byrd has shown some great determination too in coming down from 200+. I like Byrd who's an excellent skilled fighter who can take a big shot as proven in his fight with Povetkin (before being stopped that is).

I got Byrd by clear UD.
yeah that why i pick byrd he took shot from hw and i dont think george can hurt him
Shaun George, probably by decision. George is coming to fight the fight of his life. He's had enough time to condition himself and has been sparring with southpaws like Vasiliy Jirov and Antonio Tarver. If that doesn't prepare you for southpaws, nothing will.
Byrd is going to try and back George up like he did at heavyweight. The only difference is that George has quicker hands and decent punching power. George is going to fight a young man's fight, I'm not sure Byrd can.
It's like Teddy Atlas said Wednesday night, don't be fooled by his physique, this is still the same guy who has been knocked out in 2 of his last 3 fights. Byrd has been getting hit a lot lately, and he'll be hit by a much quicker guy in Shaun George.
Even Evander Holyfield still shows up in great shape. You can't erase damage, though. Once the fight is beaten out of you, it's gone forever.

Right. Of course it's an old truth in boxing that with age the first thing that goes is punch-resistance. Question is if the weight loss has affected Byrd or that he's gone old overnight. It has happened before.
