Im gonna say Rahman by close decision. Toney is practically done... Long layoff, 40 years old, over 80 pro fights, diminished abilities, partial brain damage, outta shape, Rahman SHOULD win this one, although he's faded a bit himself and has a history of bad loses and dismal performances.

Rahman should win if he's focused, and he should be because it's his last chance.
