It's official. Miguel Cotto will defend vs. Randall Bailey on the Klitschko-Williams world heavyweight championship card Dec. 11 at Mandalay Bay Resorts and Casino. Cotto, who won the WBO 140-lb title in a stoppage over Kelson Pinto, will make his first title defense against hard-punching Bailey who has 28 wins and 27 knockouts. It's on HBO Pay Per View. Cotto and Bailey will be at a Top Rank press conference in San Juan, Puerto Rico on Friday noontime to formally announce the fight.
